Your tasks

In this role, you will work with engineering teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads to support the execution of technology initiatives. The role is suited to professionals who combine strong technical capability with a structured and accountable approach to delivery.

Job Description Minimum 4 years of experience in private banking and other like Wealth management /Banking / Asset management

Through understanding of private banking value chain with special focus on KYC and client onboarding related processes; key focus is on business understanding

Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering

▪ Good understanding of document management and data analysis

▪ Hands experience of User acceptance testing management ▪ Good understanding of Project management, Business project life cycle in addition to System Development Life Cycle

▪ Knowledge of Doxter and CRM application will be added advantage

▪ Excellent analytical, creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

▪ Strong follow-through and execution skills, ensuring actions and deliverables are completed on time.

▪ Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and ways of working.

▪ Excellent communication skills: formal and informal, one to one, one to many and across all organizational levels

Personal and Social ▪ Strong knowledge of private banking business; should be able to speak and understand technical and business language

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ▪ Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced and evolving business environments.

▪ Able to juggle priorities and can concentrate on several areas of work at one time
