Events & Employee Experience Operations Lead
We are looking for an experienced Events & Employee Experience Operations Lead to support the planning and delivery of employee events, travel, mobility, supplier coordination, and other employee experience initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organised, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end operational activities for employee events and experiences , including schedules, run sheets, logistics, venues, vendors, and stakeholder coordination. Manage multiple event-related actions and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth delivery. Support employee travel arrangements , including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and assisted or white-glove travel requirements. Work closely with travel providers and internal stakeholders to resolve booking and travel-related issues. Coordinate with Global Mobility teams on visa and immigration requirements where required. Support documentation and tracking for visas, travel, and mobility-related activities. Maintain and improve operational documentation including SOPs, playbooks, process guides, policies, and user-support materials . Support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, new starters, and employee milestone initiatives . Support supplier onboarding and ongoing vendor / supplier management . Procure event and employee-experience services through approved suppliers and procurement processes. Monitor event, travel, and experience-related budgets , expenditure, and reporting. Work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure activities are completed on time and to a high standard. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and employee experience. Requirements Relevant experience in event operations, employee experience, travel operations, hospitality, mobility, corporate services, HR operations, or similar operational roles . Strong experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and multiple concurrent activities . Good understanding of event planning, logistics, schedules, and operational delivery. Experience supporting corporate travel arrangements and/or mobility processes would be advantageous. Strong administrative, documentation, and organisational skills. Experience with procurement processes, supplier management, and budget tracking. Comfortable using booking platforms, procurement systems, collaboration tools, and other digital systems . Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle sensitive or difficult situations professionally and with empathy. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under changing priorities. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with regional and global teams.
