Field Verification Officer (Based in Singapore)

Field Verification Officer Job Title:  Field Verification Officer Employment Type:  Full-Time Experience:  1–4 Years Location:  Singapore About the Role We are looking for a  Field Verification Officer  to support our verification operations in Singapore. The role involves conducting field visits and phone-based checks to verify residential addresses, employment details, education, and supporting documents. The ideal candidate should be comfortable travelling across Singapore, interacting professionally with individuals and organizations, and accurately recording verification findings. Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to customer or employee locations for address verification.

Verify employment details by visiting company offices or workplaces when required.

Support education and document verification activities.

Conduct phone-based verification checks with relevant individuals or organizations.

Collect and verify accurate information during field visits.

Capture required photographs and field evidence using mobile applications.

Update verification details and case information accurately in the system.

Prepare and submit accurate verification reports within the required timelines.

Identify and report discrepancies, incomplete, or unclear information to the Operations Team.

Maintain confidentiality when handling personal, employment, and verification information.

Follow established verification procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

Manage assigned cases independently and complete verification activities within agreed timelines.

Requirements 1–4 years of relevant experience in  Field Verification, Background Verification, Banking, Telecom, Collections, Field Sales, Investigation , or similar roles.

Diploma or Degree qualification.

Comfortable travelling to different locations across Singapore.

Valid Singapore driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.

Basic knowledge of mobile applications, smartphones, and reporting tools.

Good communication skills in English.

Knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable interacting with customers, employees, companies, and other third parties.
