We are looking for dynamic, driven and result-oriented Insurance Sales Managers to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years experience in Insurance or Banking Sales

HND/B.Sc. qualification

Proven ability to build, lead and manage a sales team.

Must have an existing Team or ability to quickly build a new one.

Must have experience in Insurance or banking sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven with a strong passion for sales

Ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop sales professionals
