Your tasks

The Bancassurance Relationship Officer will be responsible for driving insurance sales through assigned bank branches, managing relationships with bank staff, and delivering excellent customer service to clients.

• Drive insurance sales through designated bank branches • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers

• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell insurance products

• Provide product training and support to bank staff

• Ensure prompt processing of proposals and documentation • Deliver excellent after-sales service and customer retention strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or other related fields.

• 1–3 years sales experience (insurance or banking experience is an added advantage)

• Professional appearance and presentation • Ability to work independently and within a team.
