CLERK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE (M/F/D) (Logistics Specialist)

Responsibilities ✓ Maintaining contact with customers and branch offices as well as handling the necessary correspondence ✓ Order entry and order maintenance with all order and delivery data ✓ Order confirmation based on confirmed planning dates from SAP ✓ Monitoring and tracking of stocks and deadlines ✓ Creation and processing of customer reports ✓ Master data maintenance ✓ Commercial processing of complaints ✓ Regular creditworthiness and credit limit checks ✓ Organization and execution of customer visits regarding commercial matters

Qualifications ✓ Commercial training or comparable training/studies ✓ Good English skills; additional language skills are an advantage ✓ Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage (preferably SAP) ✓ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) ✓ Teamwork skills ✓ Willingness to travel
