YOUR TASKS

• Receipt and processing of customer orders
• Scheduling with our business partners
• Monitoring daily processes – with a special focus on efficiency and costs
• Maintenance of order data and processing of the required transport documents
• Operational handling of air and sea freight shipments in export and import
• Planning and controlling a smooth order flow
• Proactive and solution-oriented communication with customers

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Completed vocational training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in the field of air and sea freight (export/import)
• Careful, structured, and reliable way of working, enjoyment of direct customer contact and working in a team
• Confident handling of MS Office & ideally experience with freight forwarding / transport management software
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing are mandatory
• Good German skills are an advantage, as German is our common office language.
