YOUR TASKS

• Order receipt and processing
• Appointment organization with customers
• Control and monitoring of daily business with a special focus on profitability and quality
• Maintenance of order data and processing of required transport documents as well as the dispatching of the own fleet
• Planning and controlling the smooth flow of customer orders
• Proactive information and solution-oriented communication

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Conscientious, careful, and structured way of working as well as strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with freight forwarding or transport management software
• Good German skills are an advantage, as German is our common office language.
• Good English skills; Italian skills are a plus
