auto body estimator

Heinz Auto Body is looking for a Customer Service driven applicant to fill an Estimator position for their auto body facility. The responsibilities of the Estimator focus on 2 main areas: accurate damage analysis and customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

• Accessing vehicle damage through inspection and creating an initial order estimate
• Use computer to write estimates and interact with other computer software
• Maintaining regular contact with appropriate insurance company to advise on vehicle repair status
• parts ordering and procurement
• processing and finalizing insurance invoices

Experience with Mitchell and / or Audatex estimating software is a requirement.

Vehicle knowledge and experience required.

Bookkeeping/Accounting background would be a benefit.

Must be able to multitask within a busy team oriented body shop, have superior customer service and organization skills. Must be proficient with computers.
