POSTELudovic, HSE Manager of the Mons-en-Barœul brewery, is recruiting an Environment Expert M/F for his team. At the heart of our CSR approach, you are the guarantor of the site's environmental regulatory compliance and drive the brewery's environmental performance. You also provide support for industrial projects in order to control their impacts and ensure their compliance.

Your main missions

• Ensure the environmental regulatory compliance of the site (ICPE, prefectural orders, Code de l'environnement) and manage relations with authorities
• Prepare for and support regulatory inspections, manage non-conformities, and follow up on administrative files
• Define corrective action plans in the event of an environmental deviation or incident
• Provide support to industrial projects by analyzing regulatory requirements, validating technical choices, and guaranteeing the compliance of installations before commissioning
• Drive the environmental management system by deploying and maintaining ISO 14001 certification, conducting audits, and ensuring the monitoring of environmental performance indicators as well as continuous improvement
• Be the guarantor of the site's environmental impacts (water, effluents, emissions, waste, noise) and contribute to internal and external reporting
• Manage service providers, manage environmental incidents, and work cross-functionally with site teams.

Profile Description:

YOUR ASSETS

You have more than 3 years of experience in an industrial environment and a good mastery of ICPE regulations. You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity, and your ability to work cross-functionally. Your ability to challenge technical projects and manage complex situations is a real asset. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is indispensable.
