Service & Application Engineer - Post Press (วิศวกรบริการเครื่องจักรหลังพิมพ์)

Your tasks

Service and technical specialists are primarily responsible for providing customer service regarding Postpress machinery for Packaging applications, such as Die-cutting machines, Folding carton gluers, Inspection systems, and other postpress equipment. The scope of work covers installation, repair, user training, and providing operational consultancy, as well as troubleshooting for HEIDELBERG customers to ensure that machines operate efficiently and meet customer requirements. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and set up postpress machinery for Postpress Packaging; provide operational consultancy and user training to ensure appropriate and full-efficiency output.
• Assist in analyzing solutions if operational problems occur, repair machines, or replace various components, including preparing reports regarding occurring problems, solutions, and advice provided to customers/users.
• Act as a postpress machine expert to provide advice and present solutions that meet customer needs, including testing various tools to ensure customers achieve their desired production results.
• Work together with the team to identify product sales opportunities, as well as monitor market product trends and emerging new technologies to develop sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned. This position involves opportunities for temporary work travel or training abroad.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering, or relevant experience.
2. At least 3 years of experience in service, repair, and installation of Postpress Packaging Machines.
3. Ability to solve problems and perform root cause analysis.
4. Good communication skills and ability to communicate in English.
5. Enthusiastic, eager to learn, able to work well in a team, and has a service mind.
6. Ability to communicate in English; proficiency in Chinese will be specially considered.
7. Possess a driver's license and a private car.
