Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the national and international procurement of aviation technology and materials
- Development and implementation of purchasing strategies
- Selection of suitable suppliers, maintenance, and expansion of supplier relationships
- Contract and price negotiations as well as concluding framework agreements in the global procurement market
- Carrying out analyses to identify optimization potential
- Analysis of procurement markets and development of new supply sources in an international environment
- Reporting to the management
Your Profile
- Completed studies in technology or economics or completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Several years (from 5 years) of professional experience in strategic procurement
- Experience in the aviation or automotive supplier industry desirable
- Good communication skills, social competence, and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding, analytical thinking, and a high degree of self-organization with a hands-on mentality
- Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
- Confident handling of common MS Office packages
