Your Tasks

• Responsible for the procurement of the required materials and components for the proper repair of aviation equipment
• Close coordination and exchange with the repair team to ensure timely completion of orders
• Ensuring adequate inventory levels and short-term procurement of materials in time-critical situations
• Identification of new suppliers and ensuring the best possible purchasing conditions, as well as the agreed framework conditions
• Maintenance of supplier relationships to reduce total operating costs and risks
• Review, assessment, and management of supplier offers

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Several years of experience in the field of purchasing or warehouse management/warehouse and logistics, preferably from the aviation sector or the industrial sector, automotive, or comparable
• Good communication skills, social competence, and negotiation skills
• High degree of self-organization with a hands-on mentality
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of common MS Office packages and ERP systems, preferably Business Central
• Class B driver's license
