Sales Coordinator to Foodbroker

Are you a social and driven person who enjoys having many points of contact and being an important part of the daily work in an office? Then the role of Sales Coordinator at Foodbroker might be something for you.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will become an important support for the salespeople and the rest of the organization. You will have a varied role where you combine administrative tasks with contact with both colleagues and work with social media.

Work tasks

In the role, you will among other things work with order placement and invoicing as well as other administrative tasks. You will also be an administrative support for the salespeople and work in the company's CRM-system.

The role also involves being helpful during conferences and other activities. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with the company's social media and contribute to creating a positive and professional presence for Foodbroker.

We are looking for you who

Have a high school education with a focus on economics and are comfortable with the Office-paketet. You have good experience working in Excel and feel confident with administrative tasks.

You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are social, forward-thinking, and curious. You like to take initiative, find it easy to cooperate, and thrive in a role where you get to be helpful and have many different points of contact. You are structured and meticulous while having a non-prestigous approach.

About the position

The position is full-time with office hours. You will be based at Foodbroker's office in Alviks Strand within walking distance from Alviks station.
