Production Engineer
Aspropyrgos HED Engineering HED Engineering is a dynamically growing Greek company in the field of mechanical manufacturing, specializing in the design and production of metal structures and high-specification equipment for industrial and international applications. With strong expertise in 3D design, structural analysis, and industrial production, we implement projects that require precision, technical judgment, and a high level of responsibility. Our clientele extends throughout Greece and abroad. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Production Engineer for our facilities in Aspropyrgos.
Your Role The role is aimed at an engineer who can operate with autonomy, technical competence, and responsibility, substantially undertaking the organization, control, and optimization of production. This is not a support position. Active participation in making technical decisions and achieving results in real production conditions is required. Main Responsibilities Preparation of mechanical drawings and checking of construction details Supervision and management of projects (production & installations), with full responsibility for adhering to schedules Development and optimization of technical solutions in metal structures Organization, coordination, and monitoring of the production process Collaboration with technical departments, suppliers, and customers Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations Immediate and effective resolution of technical issues in production Required Qualifications: Required Qualifications Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Production, or related specialty) Proven experience (at least 2 years) in the design and construction of metal structures or in industrial production Very good knowledge of SolidWorks, with practical application in real projects (not at a basic level) Experience in the organization and monitoring of production Very good understanding of material strength and industrial standards Very good knowledge of MS Office Very good knowledge of English and the ability to draft technical documentation Ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills Responsibility, reliability, and professional consistency
