Accounting Executive

As part of our development, we are looking for an Accounting Executive for our facilities in Aspropyrgos, Attica.

Your Role The role is aimed at a professional with a strong accounting background, organizational thinking, and a high sense of responsibility. The primary purpose of the position is the correct and complete maintenance of the company's accounting processes, in collaboration with an external accountant, in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations, as well as the timely identification and assessment of potential financial, tax, and operational risks. The executive will work closely with management, providing reliable information through periodic reports and actively contributing to decision-making that ensures the compliance, stability, and sustainable growth of the company.

Main Responsibilities

• Issuance, verification, and monitoring of invoices and other documents.
• Monitoring customer requirements and coordinating collection activities.
• Entry and matching of invoices with projects, contracts, and financial data.
• Monitoring payroll elements for office and production staff in collaboration with external partners.
• Monitoring, recording, and checking materials and related financial data.
• Management of payments to suppliers, notaries, lawyers, and other collaborators.
• Collaboration with banks, tax authorities, auditing bodies, and international organizations.
• Monitoring the accounting and tax obligations of the company.
• Identification of potential risks and deviations and timely informing management through periodic reports.
• Participation in the improvement of the company's financial processes and internal controls.

Required Qualifications:

• University or TEI degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar accounting position.
• Very good knowledge of accounting processes and tax legislation.
• Knowledge of maintaining single-entry and double-entry books.
• Excellent knowledge of computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to organize, schedule, and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsibility, reliability, and professional consistency.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in using SoftOne software.
• Experience in an industrial or technical environment will be considered a significant advantage.
• Experience in monitoring projects and costing elements.
• Ability to draft financial reports and present data to management.
