testing, adjusting and balancing (tab) technician for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (hvac)

*Overview* We are seeking a Experienced HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.

*Duties*

• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
• Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations.
• Build and weld components as necessary for system installations.
• Plumb gas lines and other necessary connections for heating systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

*Experience*

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, 5+ years required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, plumbing, welding, and building systems.
• Ability to operate various tools and equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and understand technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract is required for travel between job sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
