Van driver - Pharma

We are recruiting for a reliable and customer-focused Van Driver to join a specialist logistics operation based near London Heathrow. The role involves transporting time-critical, temperature-sensitive medical and research materials, ensuring all deliveries are handled safely, securely and in line with strict quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing time-critical collections and deliveries, maintaining strict temperature controls.
• Handling and packing sensitive medical and research materials with care.
• Ensuring all shipment documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally.
• Monitoring temperature-controlled storage facilities and maintaining stock readiness.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring vehicles and equipment are safe and roadworthy.
• Working effectively under pressure and supporting the wider team.

Requirements:

• Full, clean Category B driving licence.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, proactive and safety-conscious approach.
• ADR, Category C or forklift licences would be advantageous.

Working Hours & Location:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Shifts between 04:00 and 18:00
• Saary £28k - £30k
