Junior/Trainee Operations Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for an junior/trainee Operations Coordinator to join our client’s team based in West Drayton.

This role would suit a junior/trainee candidate looking to start a career in logistics or someone with 1–2 years’ experience in a similar operational role, particularly within imports, exports, transport or warehousing.

Monday to Friday | Salary: DOE

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on position covering a wide range of operational responsibilities, including:

• Warehouse and inventory activities
• Imports and exports
• Transport coordination and administration
• General operational support across the business
• Local collections and deliveries when required

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential as the role may occasionally involve local collections and deliveries.

Previous industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential , as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will receive ongoing mentoring and training from an experienced team.
