Videographer & Content Creator

Responsibilities:

Cinematic Production: Act as the primary Director of Photography (DP) on set, handling camera operation, professional lighting setups, and crisp audio capture for all commercial and documentary shoots.

Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with the creative director to map out visual styles, shot lists, and execution strategies on the ground in Lagos.

Post-Production Mastery: Own the editing process from start to finish—including narrative pacing, sound design, and color grading—to deliver polished, high-end final cuts.

Data & Asset Management: Maintain a disciplined workflow for offloading, backing up, and organising raw footage and project files.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a videographer and editor (previous boutique studio or creative agency experience is highly preferred).

Bonus point if you own and bring your own professional camera kit (Sony, Lumix, or Canon ecosystems) fully capable of recording in clean, production-ready 4K.

Advanced knowledge of cinematic lighting techniques, composition, frame rates (24fps/60fps), flat/log color profiles, and professional audio gear.

A strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates a sharp eye for narrative storytelling, smooth pacing, and intentional lighting (Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered).

Highly resourceful, organised, and capable of navigating the fast-paced, unpredictable logistics of shooting on location in Lagos.
