Heart Troops is a growing modest fashion brand dedicated to creating thoughtfully crafted pieces based in Jakarta.

We are looking for a confident and engaging Livestream Host to represent our modest fashion brand across live shopping platforms. This role focuses on audience engagement, brand representation, and driving sales through livestream sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Host livestream sessions across various platforms in an engaging, confident, and brand-aligned manner.
• Present and explain products clearly, including product details, styling ideas, sizing, and promotions.
• Build audience interaction and maintain viewer engagement throughout livestream sessions.
• Drive sales performance during livestream sessions with strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Collaborate with related teams for live preparation and execution.
• Contribute ideas to improve live performance, engagement, and conversion.
• Support other related operational or content needs when required.

Qualifications:

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Strong communication and audience engagement skills.
• Sales-oriented with growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Aligned with the brand image and modest fashion industry.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced SME environment.
• Willing to work from office and in shifts outside regular working hours when needed.
• Experience as livestream host or similar position is a plus.
