Wellness Therapist (Spa & Wellness) 养生按摩师
Your tasks
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional wellness treatments (e.g. massage, body therapy, facial treatments)
- Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments/packages
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage retention and repeat visits
- Support sales of treatments and wellness products
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wellness/spa industry
- Relevant certifications preferred (CIDESCO, CIBTEC, ITEC or equivalent)
- Strong hands-on skills in massage or facial treatments
- Sales-oriented with service mindset

- Friendly and able to build rapport with customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and a strong team player
- Passionate about wellness and self-care industry
- Self-motivated and responsible
Other
Work Requirements
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- 4–5 off days per month (shift-based schedule)
- Outlet located within walking distance from MRT
- Able to communicate with English and Chinese-speaking customers (Mandarin & English required)
