Job Description

Deliver consistent professional spa services in a safe and comfortable manner.

Acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.

Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.

Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.

Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.

Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends.

Cooperate with and report to supervisor on any arising issues.

Requirements

Communication and customer service skills

Minimum 3 year of relevant experience

Able to work on weekends / public holidays

Pleasant personality, positive attitude and hardworking
