ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial statements .
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.

• Monitor financial performance and provide management with actionable insights.
• Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.

• Monitor and control hospital expenses against approved budgets.
• Support break-even and profitability analysis.

• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Review and strengthen internal financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field.
• CPA (K)

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience , preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Experience with hospital billing systems and insurance processes is an added advantage.
