Technical Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities and Job Scope. ·       Perform scheduled maintenance schedule forcapital equipment on site. ·       Liase with BME department of all hospitals forany equipment on trial/ placement/ acquired capital ·       equipment. ·       On site troubleshooting where applicable. ·       Conduct training for BME to better equip themwith our capital equipment capabilities, from software ·       updates to upgrades. ·       Offer our value-added service partnershipsacross all hospitals related to our capital equipment. ·       Liase with sales team to ensure equipment ontrial and setup of new equipment are duly executed. ·       To perform all due diligence to ensure equipmentare safe to use in the OT/ ICU/ any other care floor ·       areas of the hospital within Singapore. ·       On site case support if required.
