*Overview*

We are looking for reliable and experienced *Supply Cooks* to provide casual and short-term kitchen coverage when our regular staff members are unavailable.

The Supply Cook will be responsible for preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.

*Responsibilities*

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and care, ensuring high-quality standards are met
• Serve food to guests efficiently and courteously, creating a positive dining experience
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling and hygiene protocols at all times
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Support meal preparation during busy hours to ensure timely service
• Follow all safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety

*Requirements*

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is valued
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards essential for maintaining hygiene and quality
• Ability to serve guests with professionalism and positive attitude in a lively setting
• Basic cooking skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques
• Strong attention to detail when preparing and presenting food items
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
