Senior Accountant

High Performance Role | HealPath We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Accountant to join our operations team. This role requires ownership, accuracy, and speed in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Who We Are Looking For:

• 3–5 years of solid accounting experience (not entry-level)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CMA / CPA (or in progress) is a strong plus
• Strong ERP experience (Odoo is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian VAT, withholding tax, and the e-invoicing / e-receipt (ETA) system
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, lookups)
• Good English for reporting and system work
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical services is highly preferred
• Proven ability to handle full-cycle accounting independently
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end accounting operations
• Perform monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash flow tracking
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
• Support e-invoicing processes and system integrations
• Review and support the work of junior accountants
• Coordinate with operations, billing, and management teams
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements
