Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Run the sales floor, open and close the shop, and maintain high store standards.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate team members.
• Financial Management: Handle budgets, track profit and loss accounts, and meet sales targets.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage deliveries, reduce waste, and prevent stock loss.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety rules, and employment laws.
• Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and build a welcoming environment.
• Shareholder： Invest in company and become a shareholder

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of senior retail or Spa management experience.
• Education: A high school diploma or a retail management qualification.
• Skills: Strong leadership, commercial awareness, problem-solving, and computer literacy.
• Work Style: Willing to work long hours, shifts, or irregular schedules.
