LOGISTICS CONTROLLER
Job Description
We are a Transport & Trading Company looking for a responsible and organised Logistics Controller to support our daily transport, shipping and trading operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle shipping-related tasks, including processing and updating shipment records.
- Coordinate and follow up on shipment and delivery schedules.
- Prepare, check and maintain shipping and transport documents.
- Support permit declaration and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, drivers and warehouse teams.
- Visit warehouses when required for document preparation and operational coordination.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on delivery arrangements
- Assist with daily transport and logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries and related documents.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and operational matters
- Provide administrative support for transport and trading activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in transport, logistics, shipping or trading is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to handle documents accurately and efficiently.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore transport and logistics operations is an advantage.
