The company manages a high-quality, predominantly residential real estate portfolio in several European markets. You can expect an entrepreneurial environment with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and a high degree of personal responsibility.

Job Description

• Technical support and further development of existing residential real estate
• Planning and management of CAPEX, renovation, and maintenance measures
• Management of tenders, contract awards, service providers, and construction supervision
• Execution or support of Technical Due Diligence during acquisitions and sales
• Assumption of warranty management and technical sales preparation

Requirement Profile

• Professional experience in Technical Asset Management, ideally in the residential real estate sector
• Experience with CAPEX, renovations, tenders, contract awards, and construction supervision
• Knowledge of Technical Due Diligence; warranty management is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality, independent way of working, and a confident appearance
• Very good English skills and willingness to undertake regular business trips
