Our client is an innovative, high-growth company in a regulated environment and is currently in an EU-wide expansion phase. On their behalf, we are looking for an experienced full lawyer (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time. Job Description

• Advising management and specialist departments on all legal matters, e.g., in commercial and contract law, pharma law, compliance
• Development and implementation of legal strategies to support business goals
• Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting license agreements and contracts
• Legal support for EU-wide joint ventures
• Cooperation with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities

Requirement Profile

• Full lawyer (m/f/d), admission as an in-house counsel (m/f/d) is possible
• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the pharma industry and in a start-up environment
• Digital mindset
• Willingness to travel a few days per month
• Business fluent English
• Hands-on mentality: pragmatic and solution-oriented
