Headford Kebab Limited T/A Kingfisher Takeaway and restaurant at Cobh Co. Cork, Ireland is looking for 3 experienced Chef de Partie to join our team specializing in authentic Indian cuisine.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role is required. The successful candidates must have expertise in kitchen management, portion control, and HACCP compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- assisting head chef in preparing authentic Indian dishes, curries, and kebabs using traditional techniques (spice blending, fresh dough/sauce preparation) and specialist equipment like a Tandoor oven, as well as developing new dishes.
- Candidates will manage stock, minimize food waste, and maintain high hygiene standards.
Salary is €36,605 per annum on 39 hours per week.
