QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description: -Administrate progress claims/payments toclients and from suppliers/sub-contractors. -Cost estimates, variation order submissionand other QS functions. -Update suppliers/sub-contractors accountperiodically or as instructed by the Project Manager. -Ensure suppliers/sub-contractors contractagreement executed by vendors. -Responsible for measuring quantitiesand taking off if necessary. -Prepare Variation Orders, evaluate,recommend & settlement of sub-contractor / vendors’ payments claims &final accounts. -Sourcing and negotiations withreliable and reputable vendors / suppliers. -Prepare tender cost submission /quantity take off / cost evaluation. -Manage daily procurement and contractrequirements, maintain, monitor and update the procurement database / costingwith budget. -Any other duties as may beassigned. Job Requirement: -Diploma / Degree inQuantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Services . -Atleast 3 years of relevant working experience. -Reliable with goodcommunication and interpersonal skills. -Good technical and contractual knowledge withhigh integrity and work ethic.
