SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote jewellery products. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers and business partners. Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, quotations, and purchases. Promote jewellery products through retail, events, social media, and other marketing channels. Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up on sales opportunities. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events. Prepare sales reports and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Relevant experience in sales, marketing, retail, or jewellery industry preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven. Good presentation and relationship-building skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
