Portfolio Manager: in Real Assets - Corporate Clients (Finance Professional)

Your Tasks

• Independent sourcing and identification of infrastructure and Real Estate (Real Assets) fund investments
• Analytical Due Diligence, preparation and defense of Investment Memos as well as final recommendation of Real Assets fund investments
• Research as well as Deep Dives into global infrastructure and Real Estate markets; creation of peer group comparisons
• Building, expanding, and maintaining a global network of fund managers and investors
• Coordination and execution of the subscription process in cooperation with external law firms
• Monitoring and reporting on existing Real Assets fund investments
• Taking over corporate client management, especially within the framework of regular strategy meetings as well as ad hoc inquiries
• Travel activities within the framework of sourcing, Due Diligence, and monitoring activities

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance, business law, mathematics, or technical fields; CFA or CAIA are an advantage Relevant experience in the selection and Due Diligence of Alternative Investment Funds or experience in the field of direct infrastructure or real estate investments

• Good understanding of legal components in PPMs / LPAs
• Strong skills in structured and analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers as well as attention to detail

Strong team orientation, professional appearance, and high initiative

• Business fluent English skills as well as confident communication skills towards fund managers and corporate clients

Proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint as well as data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI); interest in the application of modern AI/LLM technologies; programming skills are an advantage
