Insurance Clerk

Your tasks
- Underwriting as well as preparation of the corresponding documents and information
- Quotation processing: checking risk information, ensuring reinsurance, internal coordination, quotation creation up to document filing
- Contract creation: policy issuance and contract management as well as the associated administrative activities
- Customer consulting (support in finding solutions to insurance questions, presentations, etc.)
- Preparation of evaluations, participation in projects
- Consulting in the contract and claims area
- Interface to other departments, to the branches, as well as within the group
- Occasional travel
Your profile
- Sound legal training, if possible several years of experience in Underwriting, ideally liability insurance
- Experience in risk analysis and quotation creation is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Very good PC user knowledge (especially MS Word and MS Excel)
- Good English skills
- Independent and structured way of working, high flexibility and resilience
- Assertiveness, commitment, and a solution-oriented attitude
The annual gross salary for this position on a full-time basis (37.5 hrs/week) is at least EUR 60,000 p.a. excl. overtime - depending on experience, a corresponding overpayment can be agreed upon.
