The HR-Services team of the HR department is looking for reinforcement! An exciting and diverse field of responsibility awaits you in a helpful and dynamic team within an insurance company that is part of an international group.
Your Tasks
- You will independently manage your areas throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle and will be the first point of contact and sparring partner for managers and employees. You will provide solution-oriented advice on HR and labor law issues and accompany personnel measures.
- You will be independently responsible for recruitment in Österreich - from defining requirements to filling positions - and will support our foreign branches with new and replacement hires.
- You will contribute your own ideas and independently implement measures to strengthen our employer attractiveness, employee retention, and occupational health promotion.
- You will identify development needs, advise managers on suitable measures, and accompany their implementation.
- You will take on HR projects and sub-projects independently, actively drive topics forward, and ensure their implementation.
Your Profile
- Completed business administration/legal education
- Several years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources
- Conversational English skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly structured way of working with high quality standards and attention to detail
- High level of personal responsibility and reliability
- Team player mentality with a hands-on spirit: you enjoy working in exchange, actively support others, and think in the interest of the overall team
- High willingness to learn and interest in further development
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Enjoyment of HR work in a dynamic environment
