Crane Department Manager for the South Port

The South Port in Ashdod requires a Crane Department Manager. As part of the role: overall responsibility for all cranes in the port within the electrical field. Management of middle-management levels to execute organizational maintenance plans and solve faults in an orderly and professional manner while optimizing resource utilization according to work plans. • Degree in Electrical Engineering – mandatory. • High voltage electrical handling license + practical experience – significant advantage. • At least 5 years of experience in managing engineers and professionals in the maintenance field. • Extensive experience in performing equipment tests and writing test reports. • Ability and experience in working with drawings and work procedures. • Experience in managing and scheduling routine maintenance activities. • Good command of spoken and written English.
