IT Operations Engineer

Summary The IT Operations Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, security, and day-to-day operation of Dash's production and non-production systems. The role supports incident management, system monitoring, operational changes, patch management, access administration, compliance activities, and audit readiness within a regulated financial services environment. Responsibilities Monitor and support business-critical applications and infrastructure. Respond to and manage production incidents, troubleshooting and coordinating recovery activities. Execute operational changes, releases, and patching activities following change management processes. Manage user and service account access, provisioning, and reviews. Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence. Support compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements, including MAS TRM guidelines. Work closely with internal technology teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Operations or Production Support. Experience supporting production systems in regulated or mission-critical environments. Familiarity with monitoring, logging, ticketing systems, and ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Linux/Unix operational experience preferred; Windows experience is an advantage. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
