International Patient Assistant - Advanced English

At Hospicare Consulting, we specialize in the management and accompaniment of international patients, providing personalized, human, and excellent care. We are currently looking for a Bilingual International Patient Assistant who wishes to be part of a dynamic, multicultural, and service-oriented team.

What will be your mission?

To provide comprehensive care and accompaniment to international patients throughout their entire medical care process, acting as a liaison between the patient, health institutions, medical professionals, and international insurers, guaranteeing an exceptional service experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care and accompaniment to international patients.
• Manage coordination and communication with patients, health institutions, and international insurers.
• Ensure proper administrative and operational follow-up of assigned cases.
• Manage documentation and requirements related to the care of international patients.
• Support translation and interpretation processes when necessary.
• Guarantee an excellent service experience for international patients.

Requirements:

• Technical, technological, or professional training in Administration, International Business, Tourism and Hospitality, Translation and Interpretation, Health Sciences, or related careers.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, patient care, administrative assistance, or similar positions.
• Experience in clinics, hospitals, insurers, health sector companies, or international services.
• Advanced or bilingual English proficiency (indispensable). Proficiency in a third language (French, German, Portuguese, or others) is desirable.
• Knowledge or experience in international medical insurance management, medical authorizations, or letters of guarantee. (desirable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Availability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
