The Facility Manager is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, safety, secuity and functionality of Hazoria Limited's buildings, facilities, utilities and physical infrastructure across its manufacturing and operational locations.

The role will ensure that the Company's facilities remain safe, functional, compliant, cost-effective and fit for purpose, while supporting uninterrupted business and production operations.

The Facility Manager will coordinate facility maintenance, utilities, infrastructure projects, environmental services, security, cleaning, waste management, emergency preparedness and other facility related services, working closely with Production, Engineering, HSE, Security, Procurement, HR and other relevant functions.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office spaces, factories, and guest house/ staff quarters in the factory, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and manage all facilities services, including maintenance, security, and janitorial services. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of facility staff, including maintenance technicians, custodial workers, and administrative support personnel. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and professional growth. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each facility, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to remain within financial targets. Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify risks and implement corrective actions. Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors. Negotiate contracts and evaluate service delivery to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Sustainability Initiatives: Advocate for and implement green practices and sustainability initiatives across facilities to reduce environmental impact.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 4–6 years of proven experience in facility management, estate operations, or related fields. Demonstrated experience in managing multi-site facilities and leading diverse teams. Strong background in budget preparation, financial management, and cost-control strategies. Track record of implementing operational improvements and sustainability initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in vendor management, contract negotiation, and service quality evaluation. Solid understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to dynamic operational environments. Competence in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
