Project Manager (Construction)

• Coordinate with engineering teams, Japanese management, clients and related divisions
• Review and verify project documents, cost estimates and tender submissions
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, schedule and budget targets are achieved
• Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with QCDS and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 10 years of experience in structural construction Have an Engineer License (Associate) Age not over 45 years old Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Good command of spoken and written English Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Proficient in Microsoft Project / Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated Ability to manage civil works and solve problems effectively Must possess a personal vehicle and be able to travel to upcountry project sites Experience in a Japanese company will be an advantage Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
