For an international production company, Hays is looking for a Master Data Analyst. Our client develops and produces technical products that are used worldwide in various industrial applications. With multiple locations and a strong international presence, the organization combines the stability of an established player with the dynamism of a growing company.

Due to the increasing complexity of products and processes, correct and reliable data plays a crucial role within the organization. Therefore, the master data team is being further strengthened with an analytical colleague who wants to make a difference.

Your new function

As a Master Data Analyst, you are responsible for the management and optimization of product-related data within the organization. You ensure that information is correctly set up, maintained, and checked so that various departments can rely on reliable data for their daily operations.

Your package of tasks includes:

• Managing and maintaining article data, product structures, and bills of materials within the ERP-systeem
• Processing requests for new products and changes to existing product information
• Supporting product introductions by ensuring that all necessary data is available in a timely manner
• Monitoring the quality, completeness, and consistency of master data
• Detecting data problems and following up on necessary corrections in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Supporting change processes with an impact on product data and product structures
• Analyzing data errors and formulating improvement proposals to further increase data quality
• Acting as a point of contact for questions regarding product data and data management

Within this function, you combine operational follow-up with process improvement and get the chance to actively contribute to the further professionalization of data management.

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for a candidate who brings structure to complex information and enjoys collaborating with different departments.

You possess:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in a role related to master data
• Affinity with a production or industrial environment
• Insight into data quality, data management, and process-oriented working
• An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• An eye for detail and an accurate working style
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to switch smoothly with various internal stakeholders
• The ability to work independently while simultaneously making an active contribution within a team

Experience with ERP-systemen is a significant asset
