Your tasks:

  • Overall responsibility for the strategic further development and alignment of a company-wide integration landscape with a focus on the connection of sales, quotation, ERP, and analysis platforms
  • Planning and controlling the roadmap for group-wide data exchange between central business applications as well as ensuring consistent and reliable data flows
  • Definition, establishment, and monitoring of standards for interface architectures, data integrity, provisioning processes, quality assurance, and technical documentation
  • Ensuring sustainable integration operations, taking into account future system modernizations, technology changes, and transformation projects
  • Functional responsibility for central middleware and integration platforms, including governance, stability, maintenance strategies, and escalation management
  • Management and coordination of external technology partners as well as alignment of technical requirements with software manufacturers and service providers
  • Close cooperation with specialist departments and management to translate operational business processes into robust technical integration and data concepts
  • Responsibility for the connection and supply of company-wide reporting and analysis environments with data from various source systems
  • Regular preparation of relevant key figures, risk assessments, and status reports for decision-makers as well as early escalation of critical issues
  • Evaluation of new technologies, integration approaches, and platforms for the continuous optimization of the system landscape from technical and economic perspectives
  • Leadership and further development of an integration team as well as management of cross-departmental integration initiatives

Your qualifications:

  • Experience in the conception, implementation, and operation of complex integration and interface landscapes in an enterprise environment / practice in a functional or disciplinary leadership role with responsibility for integration programs, projects, or teams
  • Deep understanding of modern middleware, integration, and automation platforms as well as corresponding architectural principles
  • Good knowledge of typical corporate applications in the areas of customer management, quotation, ERP, and Business Intelligence as well as their interaction within end-to-end process chains
  • Experience in the modeling and implementation of cross-system data and process integrations
  • Knowledge from manufacturing companies, technical supply chains, or complex order fulfillment processes is advantageous
  • Strong ability to translate functional requirements into structured technical solution approaches and to communicate them in a target-group-oriented manner
  • Experience in dealing with international stakeholders and distributed organizational structures
  • High problem-solving competence as well as confident management of risks, dependencies, and escalations
  • Completed studies in the field of Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, engineering, or comparable disciplines
  • Additional certifications in the field of integration platforms, Enterprise Architecture, project management, or cloud technologies are an advantage
  • Business fluent English skills; other foreign languages are desirable
