About the organization Our client is a renowned architectural firm within residential construction projects in Belgium. They have an office in the Aalter region and a second one in Sofia, where much of their drafting work is done. The focus lies on residential construction projects that connect orientation, functionality, light, and space with a warm minimalism.

Your tasks

Your new role The Architect-manager of this firm, an established name in the sector, is looking for a full-fledged right hand to help distribute the leads:

• After thorough consultation with the client, you will get to work. You will develop a number of preliminary designs which you will later discuss and follow up on with the client
• When designing, you will always take the typical style of the architectural firm into account, but your personal input and passion for architecture will also provide fresh aspects
• Subsequently, you will work closely with your various colleagues during execution
• You will ensure good communication with all parties
• There is a dedicated team that constantly develops visualizations, so that is not really your task

Requirements

Your profile For this position, we are looking for someone with a degree in (Engineer) Architecture. Ideally, you already have a few years of experience in a similar role. You are communicative in order to make clear agreements with both the client and colleagues. You dare to take initiative, take charge of things, and you can motivate a team. It is preferable if you already master Vectorworks and Revit, as these are your daily tools. You speak fluent English, because a portion of your (executive) colleagues are located abroad. You are part of the face of this office.
