Your new role
- Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle activities: confirm deals, manage margins and collateral, control balancing group accounts, issue invoices and settle trades.
- Collaborate with Trading Desks, Risk, Finance, Accounting and Legal to resolve queries and keep flows accurate and timely.
- Monitor daily operations to tight deadlines, prioritising critical tasks and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Improve recurring workflows and help implement practical automation that removes manual steps.
- Contribute to new business initiatives in Asia Pacific by supporting onboarding and process readiness.
- Maintain clear documentation and continuously refine controls to uphold quality and compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- 1–3 years’ experience in trading operations within a commodities or derivatives firm or bank.
- Strong grasp of trade lifecycle processes across confirmations, margin and collateral, invoicing and settlement.
- Good IT skills and confidence working with data and operational systems.
- Experience improving recurring workflows through AI or automation, with appropriate controls.
