Your new role

As a Senior RF / Antenna Engineer, based in Singapore, you will play a key technical role in driving the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of next-generation networked sensor and wireless product platforms. You will be responsible for leading RF hardware and antenna engineering initiatives—taking products from initial ideation, theoretical analysis, and circuit/antenna simulation through to PCB design, rapid prototyping, lab validation, and final release for volume production. Working in a high-performing multi-disciplinary environment, you will bridge microwave hardware design with sensor signal processing algorithms, playing a vital role in turning complex smart connectivity concepts into high-volume, market-ready solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on expertise in RF, microwave circuit, or antenna design with proven competency in simulation and EDA tools (e.g. CST, Keysight ADS, Altium, or similar).
• Practical background in bench testing, RF characterisation, and bringing wireless hardware through prototype, validation, and mass production.
• Exposure to radar/sensor signal processing, MCU firmware, or production line test automation (ATE) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional engineering teams.
