About the job A digital bank is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team.
Your new role As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Design scalable, secure, and compliant IT infrastructure
- Manage cloud and on-premise platforms
- Oversee IT assets, data centres, and vendors
- Ensure system reliability, capacity, and patch management
- Lead disaster recovery, incident response, and business continuity
- Drive security, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 8+ years' IT infrastructure experience, preferably in FinTech/ banking/ financial services
- Strong cloud, DevSecOps, and infrastructure-as-code expertise
- Experience in networking, data centres, disaster recovery, and ITSM
- Proven leadership, vendor management, and good communication skills
