Regional HSE Manager

Your new company

Our client is a growing international technical services organisation supporting critical infrastructure, engineering projects and customer environments across the Asia Pacific region. As the business continues to expand, they are investing in a newly created regional Health & Safety leadership position to develop and meet safety standards across multiple countries.

Your new role

Reporting to regional leadership, you will lead the Health & Safety function across APAC, supporting operations in Singapore, Australia, Japan, Korea and India. You will be responsible for building regional safety frameworks, ensuring compliance across multiple markets, supporting project and field teams, managing audits and contractor safety programmes, leading incident investigations, and driving a strong safety culture across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or professional qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline
• Proven Health & Safety leadership experience within technical services, construction, facilities management, engineering, telecommunications, critical infrastructure or data centre environments
• Experience developing or enhancing Health & Safety management systems and governance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of risk management, contractor management, permit-to-work systems and incident investigation methodologies
• Willingness to travel throughout the APAC region
