Your tasks

As a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer , you will be responsible for supporting the research, design, development, and validation of RF and wireless communication systems. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and concept generation through simulation, testing, optimisation, and product realisation.

You will play a key role in developing innovative RF solutions by conducting technical studies, performing simulations, validating designs through laboratory testing, and refining system performance to meet stringent customer and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in RF design, wireless communications, microwave engineering, or related technical fields.
• Proficiency in RF simulation and modelling tools such as CDT, Keysight ADS, Altium or similar.
• Hands-on experience with RF testing, measurement, and characterisation using network analysers, spectrum analysers, signal generators, MCU firmware, production line test automation (ATE) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical requirements and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.
